Pan Urban Extension, Isle of Wight

This site is an urban extension for over 800 new homes and a new Country Park, linking with the Island’s footpath network and Local Nature Reserve on the eastern side of Newport.

It also includes a Biomass Centre to supply sustainable energy to local homes.

ACD have been involved from the commencement of the project, being part of the design team that won the bid, and were then selected as consultants to provide landscape design, arboricultural and ecological input to the residential and open space and play areas to achieve planning consent. The building works are well under way and we are working with the developers to implement further phases of the approved scheme.
