Jon Seymour
Jon was appointed a Company Director in March 2019 having joined ACD in 2006, originally as an assistant landscape architect, being quickly promoted to associate director and then Technical Director in December 2015. Previously Jon worked for a multi-disciplinary engineering practice where he developed a good working knowledge of construction sites, technical and construction details for a wide variety of projects throughout the country.
Jon is a chartered Landscape Architect with a degree and postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture from the University of Gloucestershire. With over ten years’ experience Jon has developed a wide variety of skills from landscape and visual impact assessment, masterplanning, detailed design, construction information through to contract administration.
Within the practice Jon leads the landscape architectural team, which consists of sixteen landscape architects and is responsible for growing this area of the practice. Working closely with both our existing and potential clients to ensure project briefs are achieved and that high quality designs and developments are accomplished.
