An example of overcoming challenges in planning. ACD were instructed to provide a BS5837:2012 tree survey, arboricultural impact assessment and tree protection plan in support of a planning application for the demolition of an existing house, and the building of two new detached houses. Demolition and construction access was not feasible via the existing narrow driveway, so ACD worked in co-ordination with the Guildford Borough Council tree officer to provide a temporary ‘no-dig’ access between TPO trees to the main road for the duration of the works.
