Brian Hicks joined the team at ACD Environmental in 2019 as an Ecologist. Brian worked for the Forestry Commission for 15 years in various roles including forest ranger and district ecologist. In 2014 Brian moved into ecological consultancy and has been involved in a wide range of projects including historic properties, solar farms and residential developments.

Brian completed his Masters degree in Ecology and Management of the Natural Environment. He is a qualified tree climber and holds licences for Bats (Class 2), Dormouse and Great Crested Newt (including Dewsbury box traps).
