This weekend ACD Environmental took part in the ‘Crudwell 24hr Bike Ride’ raising money for one of our nominated charities, Youth Action Wiltshire. Our team, including ACD staff, friends, and families, successfully cycled continually for 24 hours, including through torrential rainstorms and overnight!
ACD Environmental completed 47 7-mile laps in 24 hours and finished 4th overall out of 15 teams. Our team included Antonio Castilho, John Constable, Alison Dibble, Tony Forrester, Lily Gilbert, Iliya Shimbov, Helen Selwyn, Jon Seymour, and Ben Stephenson. With friends and family turning up to show their support!
We feel that John Constable, our MD needs special recognition, not only did John complete the most and fastest laps but he also cycled through the worst weather, between 10 pm and midnight, when the heaviest rain fell, washing mud and debris onto the course. Well done and thank you, John!
