ACD Environmental is a multi-disciplinary CIEEM Registered Practice, with offices in Malmesbury (Wiltshire), Godalming (Surrey), and Eastleigh (Hampshire).

We are currently recruiting consultant ecologists (£25K-29K) and senior ecologists (£30K-40K) for our Malmesbury (Wiltshire) and Godalming (Surrey) offices.

Our Ecologist team has a broad and diverse skillset, including specialisms in bats, badgers, otters, barn owls, dormice, reptiles, great crested newts, river restoration, and botany.

We are a progressive company, supporting our employees with training in mental health awareness, and management. We organise company activity days throughout the year.

We offer comprehensive CPD/training and mentor our ecologists to help them gain protected species licences. We have a buddy system to support graduates.

We encourage flexible working, offer private health cover, and a loyalty-based profit share bonus scheme.

The role requires carrying out a broad range of surveys and reports with a supportive environment along the way.

Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years’ experience in ecological consultancy. Experience in the housing sector and Biodiversity Net Gain would be advantageous.

Graduate Landscape Architect — ACD Environmental

ACD Environmental is a well-established, multidisciplinary practice with offices in Wiltshire and Surrey. We specialise in landscape architecture, ecology, arboriculture, and archaeology, serving a diverse range of clients across the Midlands and South of England. Our team is passionate about delivering thoughtful, sustainable design solutions, from single green spaces to large-scale developments—with biodiversity and community enjoyment at the heart of our work.

We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Graduate Landscape Architect to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of engaging projects while growing your skills within a supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture, or current enrollment in your final year with the intention to begin full-time work in summer
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for design
  • Experience (or working knowledge) of AutoCAD and KeySCAPE, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with hard and soft landscape proposals, LVIAs, and related design documentation is desirable
