ACD prepared an impressive design in the regency area of Bournemouth.

Site constraints included existing trees and the importance of creating a regency style landscape meant numerous site visits, visual analysis of the streetscape and liaison with our arboricultural team to deliver a high quality bespoke design.

Initially a landscape masterplan was produced, presenting the development and its concepts for presentation to the Local Planning Authority. Detailed designs and sections were then prepared to provide further details. Photorealistic sections were generated along with complimentary visualisations.
